Unlock the full potential of your arts organisation

Organisational Development Consultancy Services

It’s time to work on your business, not just in it, and scale up your impact and revenue.

Hello! I’m Hannah

The UK arts landscape is…. challenging.

So many of us are the same. We have so much we want to achieve, so many people we want to help, so much we know is possible, but never can find the time or the resources to quite get there.

There’s the constant staffing turnover, the Arts Council gambles, the reporting, ALL of the emails, the community engagement jobs… it’s endless. And the impossible expectation of you is always to do more, with less. It’s exhausting!

On top of it all, being the decision maker is lonely! Even when you’re surrounded by others, the buck stops with you and that’s hard. Particularly when you shut your laptop at night and then turn to the little humans and/or animals in your care and they all look to you for answers too!

It’s about time you had a second brain in the room. Someone who can take an objective, un-jaded view of everything you’ve got going on and get it sorted out.

Your organisation has gems within it. Gems you currently aren’t utilising. Things you can sell, offers that could be upgraded, particular audiences who would fund your activity if you can just find them, systems you can put in place to eliminate extra work.

I’m not here to give you more work to do, I’m here to help you discover how you can do LESS and create MORE.

Hannah is a commercial producer and a coach.

She splits her time between raising investment for the new plays and musicals she produces and helping others figure stuff out. That’s all coaching is - adding a second brain into the mix to find solutions faster, achieve more and feel better.

Hannah’s coaching skills are what sets her services apart. She’s got the lived experience of running a business - the losing sleep at night parts, the systems and processes parts and the triumphant, out-of-the-box thinking parts which really move the needle. But she also has the listening skills to really hear what you need and respond with bespoke advice and support to help you get results.

“Hannah Crawford’s advice to us as a producer was invaluable. She seemed to have this unshakeable ‘can-do’ attitude no matter the hurdles ahead, and I think that’s something really important in any producer - especially when you’re looking for advice and support. She also gave us some really clear, targeted steps for fundraising strategies and avenues for our particular style and size of show, as well as giving us some defined and achievable milestones to get our show to the Fringe. I couldn’t recommend her services highly enough.

Simeon Morris - Creator of Square Peg at Edinburgh Fringe 2023

“Hannah’s initial offer of a free consultation session around self producing my one man show, was utterly invaluable. I was coming into Fringe completely green with no idea where to start. She gave me some spread sheets to help with planning, as well as valuable insight into what I need to focus on to get my show there. On top of that, she was always at the end of an email with encouragement and to answer my questions, despite being deep into producing other shows herself. Hannah is friendly, warm and very knowledgeable.

I literally couldn’t have done it without her.
